Hey, I’m Alexis (Nayko), a fullstack developer based in France

I’ve always been passionate about science, tech innovation, cybersecurity, and video games. My path felt natural: science-focused high school, then a master’s in software engineering. Today, I love building web and mobile apps. My goal is to craft solutions that make people’s lives easier or help businesses grow. For me, development is more than just a job — it’s a way to create real impact.

When I’m not in front of my screen with headphones on, I enjoy life in other ways — spending time with family, hiking in the forest or mountains, discovering new food spots, or traveling. I’m also a huge fan of gaming. I enjoy the spooky vibes of horror games (big shoutout to Resident Evil ❤️), and online you’ll find me riding the emotional rollercoaster of ranked League of Legends.

Musically, I’m into extreme metal (Lorna Shore, Slipknot, Infant Annihilator...) and folk (Korpiklaani, Alestorm, Heilung...). My mind tends to wander easily, and this intense music helps me focus. It acts as a decoy for my brain — constantly pulling me back to what matters: coding. It’s my secret weapon to stay in the zone and keep moving forward.

But family always comes first. Whether it’s chilling at home or going on little adventures together, these moments remind me what truly matters. They bring much-needed balance to the often intense life of a developer. These simple, shared moments help keep me grounded and grateful.

In the end, I’m someone driven by passion, always aiming to grow while enjoying the small joys of daily life. Whether I’m building an app, hiking in nature, or helping Jill Valentine take down zombies — I always give it my all. Even online, when xXxDarkSasukexXx is hesitating to end the Nexus, I’m just trying to improve and keep learning. Challenges and opportunities constantly push me to grow.
